Volcanic soils with calcareous and chalky marls.
Wines from monovarietals of old vines with very mature grapes and long ageing.

Late Harvest

This is our late harvest of local white grapes made in several harvests in the same vineyard, with at least 40 per cent botrytised grapes or with a slight drying on the vine. It ages for at least one year in acacia oak barrels and at least another year in the bottle. A rich, full white with great personality.
