Andrea is self-taught, having grown up after travelling and taking courses in France and Italy with many good vignerons who evolved his initial wine project, leading him to understand that cuvee and blend are the best way to obtain products with great personality.
This is why he calls himself a Wine Chef, because every grape or process is an ingredient to be combined with head and vision.
His ideas have become concrete also thanks to the help of many young and skilled young people who have been working alongside him for years.
